Refund policy
Please notify us of your intent to return within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted. Note that refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
Buyers have 14 days to ship out the return package and are responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit, so please ensure that your package is trackable and insured if necessary.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns if items show any additional sign of wear.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items on sale are final.
Prom dress returns are not accepted from the months of April-July.
Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit within 10 business days. Note that original shipping fee will not be refunded.
